This resonator kit features a single design compatible with 440/550, incorporating a J-Tube and an in-hull resonator design. It utilizes perforated stainless steel core rather than aluminum to enhance sound dampening and prevent internal damage (no more broken internals). The kit is designed to work with the OEM adjustable mount (not included).
To install the hull must be cut into to remove the stock exhaust and to replace it this this resonator. The amount of cutting and cutting location depends on make and year of the ski, see instructions for more details.
The Type 3 Kit is a 2" J-Tube with a 2" ID in-hull resonator.
Resonators are the only true performance (tunable) exhaust system.
Kit also comes with 1 silicone coupler and 2 clamps.
